OUR LADY OF SORROWS PRESCHOOL
We are now accepting registration for both the Three-Year-Old and Four-Year-Old Preschool classes for September 2018 – June 2019 school year. For further information, please contact the school at 604-253-2434 or by email email@example.com
SUPERVISION AT SCHOOL GAMES – URGENT
Please do not send unsupervised children to any school sports games held in the gym. If you would like your child to wait for their sibling at the gym, you must make prior arrangements with another parent to supervise your child at the game. Send a notice to your child’s teacher with the following information; the school sport game, time and the name of the parent you are giving permission for your child to attend the game with. If you are unable to make arrangements for another parent to supervise your child, your child must be sent to the After-School Club, where supervision will be provided.
As there is always a good chance there will be very wet/rainy days during the winter months in Vancouver, please ensure your child(ren) is prepared for wet/cold weather (coats, hats, proper footwear etc.).
Please note: This is important because students spend most of the school day 8:45 a.m. to 2:50 p.m. in the school, and there is always the possibility that they may need to be outside for 10-15 minutes of recess, fresh air, or movement between the church, gym and school.
If you are still unsure of what to do if it snows, please follow the Extreme Weather/Snow Weather Procedures which is in the download section on the school website: www.ourladyofsorrows.ca
