Welcome to Grade 6

Dear Parents,

Thank you all for your support during Catholic Schools week. It is a time for us to be proud of our faith and encourage students to connect with their faith community, whether at home, school or else where. It has been an extremely positive experience for the students and they have been able to reflect upon what they love most about their Catholic school.

Please look for updates on Seesaw as Mr. Stocker and I will post pictures of the exciting events occurring throughout the week.

Mr. Basso

Each student will receive a schedule on the first day, but here is a list of the P.E. and Music schedule as a reminder.

Gym class will take place 3 times per week: Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday. Please make sure runners and a gym strip are brought to school on these days.

Music classes are Monday and Wednesday.

The Holy Childhood Association:

The Grade 6 class will take on a leadership role with running and fundraising for this and other charity events. Thank you for your support!

Please contact me at the school for any questions or concerns you may have.

You can also make an appointment to see me.

Tale of the Tape

Today the Grade six class ran their first charity where they helped support the local food bank by sorting food, weighing, and measuring it. They led this initiative with humility and humbleness. Proud of all they have accomplished. They were responsible for sorting 2360 food items as well as 1900 lbs of food.

Congrats grade 6 on an amazing experience and job well done.
