Dear Parents,
We are looking forward to our Christmas Concert tomorrow. Please note the door times as we will not be able to open earlier due to setup of the gym. Admission is free; however, donations will be accepted at the door. All donations are to help offset the production costs. Please note the Gr. 7 parents will be having a yummy Christmas concession. Unfortunately, only cash will be accepted. Thank you to our parent setup crew, who set up the staging. If any parents can stay and help take down the staging and gym after the show it would be greatly appreciated! Please see our @olseagles Instagram page for more details!!
DECEMBER 14, 2022 – CHRISTMAS CONCERT
This year’s Christmas Concert will be held in the Gym. The matinee is at 1:30 p.m. (doors open at 1:00 p.m.) and the evening show is at 6:45 p.m. Students may be dropped off at the school no earlier than 6:00 p.m. Gym doors will open at 6:15 p.m. Entrance to the concert will be by donation. PLEASE NOTE: There is NO AFTERSCHOOL CLUB ON THIS DAY!!

December 14, 2022 – Wine Raffle
Get ready to fill your wine racks and bar just in time for Christmas! The Grade 7 Fundraising Committee is raffling off amazing wine and spirit prizes. Raffle tickets were due back yesterday, Monday, December 12th. Winners will be announced on Wednesday, December 14th. Click here to see the prizes.
January 5, 2023 – Drive Thru Recycle Fundraiser – Bottle Drive
Our 2nd annual ‘Drive Thru’ Recycle Fundraiser is happening on Thursday, January 5th from 8am – 9am. Bags can be dropped off in the school parking lot. Please ensure you label each bag with your child’s grade. The class with the most bags collected will win a FREE pizza lunch!
Ongoing Bottle Drive – Return-It Express
The Grade 7 Fundraising Committee is collecting bottles again this year. It’s easy! Simply place your empties in clear bags and drop them off at any “Return-It Express” depot (link to locations here). The school’s account is under our main phone number – 604-253-2434.
February 11, 2023 – Miami Nights – Back to the 80’s
The Grade 7 Fundraising Committee is hosting a fundraising night on Saturday, February 11th. Dust off your best 80’s attire and be ready to have some fun! Tickets will be on sale in the new year. This is an adult only event. Can’t wait to see you all there! Event details

KINDERGARTEN 2023-2024 REGISTRATION
If you know of any families with children born in the year 2018 that would like to register for our Kindergarten class, please forward them the attached New Student Pre-Registration Request Form.
