Dear Parents,
We have finally come to the end of the year! We have endured so much change and disruption throughout these last 2 years and as we transitioned in April back to regular school activities. We first THANK GOD for His many Blessings and keeping us safe during this worldwide pandemic. Next, we wish to thank our students and families that have kept their Faith and Hope of getting through the most difficult times in our modern times. This community showed it supported each other and sacrificed for the common good in keeping everyone safe. And lastly, I wish to thank our amazing staff, who did whatever was necessary to keep the school open, keep teaching, and keeping our students happy and active each day! Thank you to you ALL for another great year! On behalf of the staff we wish you a wonderful summer of rest and renewal for all your families. May God continue to Bless you all.
JUNE 24, 2022- MEMORY BOOKS
Memory books went home with students today (oldest only). If you would like to purchase an additional book the cost is $15.00, please contact the office.
JUNE 26, 2022 – FAMILY MASS
The LAST family mass for the summer will be at 11:30 a.m. on Sunday, June 26th. We invite all families from OLS to celebrate the Family Mass. The OLS Family Mass is a great way for our families to attend and participate in the Sunday liturgy.
JUNE 27, 2022 – CLEANING OUT OF DESKS
We ask that all students Grades 1-7, please bring TWO LARGE GARBAGE BAGS to school on Friday, June 24th to empty the contents of their desks for the summer.
JUNE 27, 2022 – TRACK AWARDS ASSEMBLY AND MRS. RADFORD’S FAREWELL
The Awards Assembly will be held on Monday, June 27th at 11:00 a.m. Mrs. Radford’s farewell will be at 1:00 p.m. in the gym. We invite all parents to attend. NO AFTERSCHOOL CLUB.
JUNE 28, 2022 – WALKATHON PRIZE ASSEMBLY
The prize assembly will be hold on Tuesday, June 28th at 11:00 a.m.
JUNE 28, 2022 – GRADE 7 CLOSING MASS – FULL UNIFORM
Parents and grandparents are welcome to join us on Tuesday, June 28th for Mass at 9:00 a.m. The Grade 7 class will be preparing this Mass. Full school uniform, with black shoes is required.
JUNE 28, 2022 – LAST DAY OF SCHOOL BEFORE SUMMER VACATION
The last day of school will be June 28, 2022. Students will be dismissed at 12:00 p.m. NO AFTER-SCHOOL CLUB on this day.
JUNE 27 – JULY 3, 2022 – NEAT UNIFORMS FOCUS WEEK!
Please check OLS website regarding information about our school focus week, online buying procedures and promotional deals. Uniforms should be checked for good order every year!
School will resume on Tuesday, September 6th at 8:45 a.m. with an early dismissal @ 12:00 p.m.
Reminder: The After School Club is not available on the first week of school.
