All students missing 3 or more days in a week will be able to pick up assignments on Thursday’s afterschool (until 3:30 p.m.) at the office door, or view them on seesaw, or google classroom. Thank you for your diligence!

OPEN PARACHUTE
We are fortunate to have been granted a free licence to the Province of British Columbia and Ministry of Education’s Open Parachute Mental Health Program, for students, teachers, and families. For more information, please read the letter that was attached to the February Monthly Newsletter.

SPECIAL BIRTHDAYS OR HOLIDAY TREAT UPDATE
Many parents are wondering about birthdays, holiday treats or class gifts. We will continue to allow commercially prepared food and hot lunches (as they are prepared with Food Safe protocols). We have been using a non-contact/touchless way for students to celebrate Valentines and Friendship week, which began February 14th and culminates on February 23rd (with our Kindness Colour Day). Please notify your child’s classroom teacher in advance for birthdays as no treats will be accepted at the office. Thank you for your understanding, and again, let us continue to work together to ensure the safety of everyone!
